We're passionate about igniting creativity in all its forms. Drawing, colouring, storytelling, problem-solving, world-changing ideas scribbled on the back of homework sheets – it all counts. Creative thinking isn't just for 'artistic' children. It's for every child who's ever wondered 'what if?' or 'why not?'
And here's what we really champion: you don't need to be a grown up to change the world. We see it every day. Kids who organise litter picks in their neighbourhoods. Our Approach: Creative Problem Solving
Creative Problem Solving is at the heart of everything we do. It's about giving children the tools and confidence to approach challenges with imagination, empathy and action. Whether they're figuring out how to make a new friend feel welcome, designing a solution to a problem they've noticed in their community, or simply working out the best way to colour in our Stibler characters, they're developing critical life skills.
Through our colouring pencils, our Stibler characters, our free resources and our collaborations, we create opportunities for children to practice creative thinking in ways that feel joyful, not pressured. We're building kind minds, inside and out, and showing children that their ideas matter.

Our Founder: Emily's Story
Stib was founded by Emily, who brings over 20 years of experience in corporate social responsibility to this mission. After two decades helping businesses understand their purpose and their power to create positive change, Emily wanted to focus that energy where it could spark the most lasting impact: with children.
Emily recognised that the skills she'd been helping corporations develop – purpose-driven thinking, creative problem-solving, authentic values, meaningful action – were exactly what young people needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. But children needed to discover these things in their own way, through play, creativity and genuine empowerment, not corporate speak.
Today, Emily works as a consultant with a variety of brands and causes to build inspirational purpose strategies and campaigns, while leading Stib's mission to support all children in finding their creative spark. It's the perfect combination: helping purpose-driven organisations amplify their impact, while directly empowering the next generation of changemakers.
